Installing the Compose App
Compose offers a seamless Shopify integration for websites utilizing the Shopify platform so that you can create no-code split theme and template tests. In order to link your Compose organization to a Shopify store you will first need to go to the Shopify App Store and install the Compose app.
After clicking "Install" the app should open immediately. If it does not, you can open it from your Shopify dashboard just go to your Apps and find Compose or search for Compose in the top search bar.
Sign In or Sign Up
You will need to either sign in to your existing account (if applicable) or create an account. The login screen should display the purple notification shown below indicating that you have successfully come from the Shopify origin.
If you are creating a new account you will be prompted to complete a quick onboarding process. The first step is to create your organization. Then you will need to create a project. When you make your project, ensure that "Active Shopify Store" is set to True, this should be activated by default.
Then you will be able to set your email preferences, invite team members to the project, and make a selection regarding your support plan. Once you select a support plan, you will see this popup confirming that you would like to subscribe with Shopify.
Click confirm, and you will be redirected to Shopify where you can select your payment method. Then you will need to click the "Approve" button to complete the subscription process.
Navigate back to your Compose window and you have successfully created a Shopify organization in Compose and linked a Project to your store.
