If you find yourself in need of extra assistance each month or want access to faster support than our general email support provides, we offer an Advanced Support package. For $200/mo in addition to your normal pay-as-you-go bill you will receive access to chat support plus a dedicated success manager, a monthly meeting, and long-term data storage.
Chat support
In your Compose dashboard, you will see a chat icon in the bottom right once you subscribe to Advanced Support. This will allow you to reach out to customer service representatives with questions and get priority responses. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM- 5 PM CST, however, we try to respond to these requests as soon as possible.
Success manager
Access to a dedicated success manager and CRO specialist who can help answer questions about the software, guide your experimentation strategy, provide hypotheses, and more. Your success is our top priority, so you can expect direct email communication with your success manager as well as a monthly 1 hour meeting.
Data storage
For our standard Compose pay-as-you-go plan if you pause/stop testing for over 6 months, your historical data is subject to be deleted after several email warning notifications. With the Advanced Support package your data will be stored in perpetuity of your subscription.
Adding or removing Advanced Support
On your organization dashboard, you will see a "Plans" tab. There is an "Add-Ons" section on this page that allows you to select or deselect the Advanced Support & Storage package.
